Proservices Maintenance Services (Pty) Ltd. Corona Virus (COVID-19) Policy

Proservices Maintenance Services (Pty) Ltd. has put the following measures in place to assist in preventing the spread of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) while still serving our customers to the best of our ability:

When visiting our premises:

• Please ensure that you wear your mask at all times
• Report to reception for hand sanitization and a temperature check
• Maintain social distancing measures at all times
• Please complete the visiting register as required using your own pen
• Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to greet by hand anymore - sad but true

How we aim to reduce the spread:

Social distancing:

• We will attempt to maintain a 2m distance to our customers while assisting them.
• We will attempt to accommodate our customers as quickly as possible.
• We will greet customers with a friendly greeting but we will refrain from shaking hands.

Sanitizing:

• Each staff member has been issued with hand and surface sanitizer in spray bottles as well as masks.
• Upon arrival at the premises, each staff member’s temperature is recorded and staff are also sanitized.
• Sanitizing facilities are available in all our offices, restrooms and the reception area. The sanitizer used kills bacteria, yeast and viruses 24-hrs per day.
• Telephones and computer keyboards are sanitized at least every 2 hours.
• We wash or sanitize our hands at least 4 times a day in our shop by means of soap and water or waterless alcohol based sanitizer.
• All working surfaces are sprayed with sanitizer to keep them bacteria and virus free.
• We provide hand sanitizers to our customers when entering our premises. Customer’s temperature is also checked and recorded on the visitor’s schedule.
• We have removed our cloth hand towels in the restrooms for the safety of our staff and customers. Please make use of the paper towels provided instead.
• Suitable face masks and/or shields are worn by all our personnel.
• All vehicles are sanitized daily and all vehicles are equipped with hand sanitizer atomizer bottles.

Isolation:

• Suspected employees are required to voluntary self-isolate and work from home.
• If staff members test positive for the Corona Virus, they will be required to self-isolate to prevent spreading the Corona Virus.
• After self isolation, the staff member will have to obtain a clearance certificate from a certified testing centre before he/she can resume his/her duties on the premises.
