Proservices was awarded this project to carry out exterior painting to all wall surfaces. Waterproof all staircases, waterproof all small balcony's and to retile same small balcony's.

Proservices was awarded a contract to carry out a complete exterior Redec of a residential home in Walmer.

Proservices carried out a major roofing contract at Cape Marina whereby we had to strip approximately 50% of the existing torch on system which comprised of 3 layers over the years.

Proservices was contracted by the Summerplace body corporate to carry out spalling repairs to the front and rear facade of Summerplace

This is an ongoing project for the duration of 2017 and also involves all aspects of what Proservices has to offer its Clients from High Rise rope access, scaffolding erection, maintenance, water proofing, replacement to exterior cladding where required to specialist coatings.

This project included a complete rejuvenation of all the buildings on the farm, including internal and external structures, plumbing, roofing areas, doors, window etc. A great project well executed.

Our first project entrusted to us by Caltex which involved specialist coatings, redecoration and remedial works. This project involves high levels of safety to be practised.

Our second project awarded to us by Caltex which also involves remedial works, specialist coatings, waterproofing, and redecoration.

A very delicate project working in an extremely sensitive environment using specialist coatings. A great Team completed the works

Specialist roof coatings undertook whilst the school was in session – extreme care had to be taken to prevent water, noise and air pollution while children attended school. The project went well and was completed on time.
