Spalling Repairs
Proservices was contracted by the Summerplace body corporate to carry out spalling repairs to the front and rear facade of Summerplace. We had to identify the areas, strip the wall tiles, make good to areas of spalling, re-tile, grout with a waterproof grout and wash down the facades worked on.
