Being a very perfection orientated person, it was a very stressful period choosing a service provider and entering into a contract with them, especially when it came down to the size of the scope of the work to be done on my house, namely: New roofing, indoor braai, bar wall, leveling and tiling my garage, replacing existing tiles, fitting of french doors, plastering of existing walls, re building the skew boundary wall, creating expansion breaks, fitting of poly prop-prop roofing, sealing of garden sumps and much more.

I must admit that I was surprised at the professionalism shown by Proservices in our dealings. They have specialist individual teams that are responsible for their specific job tasks, and it is a "cradle to grave" approach, they are accountable to complete their jobs until I was completely satisfied.
With me being so strict on the quality of work done on my house, I found it reassuring that each job under taken was worked on until I was 100% satisfied, even if it was a few times.
My property was also left open on numerous occasions with out any issues. Proservices even honer valid concerns out of warranty.

The response to queries was almost right away. Proservices appears to be in the business for the long haul, and their reputation means everything to them.
