About Us

Proservices was established in 1999 as a small to medium sized building maintenance enterprise. Since 1999, Proservices has grown extensively through word of mouth and good, reliable honest service. Today Proservices operates from Company owned premises in Deal Party, Port Elizabeth. Our service vehicles are fully equipped to meet Customer demands and to service the industry in a professional manner. Our representatives provide customers with expert advice on all matters related to the services we offer.

We operate from a fully equipped tools warehouse with scaffolding, ladders, high pressure washers, painting machines, jack hammers, etc to tackle any task that may arise. We also have an extensive bulk goods store where we keep stocks of most items needed to complete the tasks at hand. We want you to know that the difference about us is that service matters. On each site we work, a supervisor or manager is present. These supervisors and managers are in constant radio contact with the head office as well as with other senior staff members.

Proservices does not make use of “off the street staff” or hire “sub-contractors” as many other contractors do. Our staff is fully employed by Proservices and are qualified in their respective fields and have been with us for a number of years. Our staff is, presentable, trustworthy, respectful and honest.  We believe that by appointing a contractor to undertake a certain task, it should be a privilege for the contractor - because your business, property or home is no place for an uncaring, unorganized and sloppy contractor or tradesman.

Proservices has all the necessary insurance and workman’s compensation cover should the need arise. We are full members of the Master Builders Association and are in good standing with the MBA. We comply with all safety standards and have the required equipment to meet these standards. Proservices is BBBEE compliant and is a level two contributor. Proservices provides a service with minimal disruption and inconvenience to its client base and / or the tenants.
